3i Dental implants, and Straumann, as well as Astra, are some nice affordable implants systems to explore. They all offer affordable packages and training. These are my favorite three. There are however, so many others to choose from, but the general practitioner can usually only afford to supply their patients with one or two systems because the cost of the overhead is so high and the equipment to place the systems is often proprietary. A straumann handpiece may not work for an Astra handpiece.
